Some users may have issues receiving their e-mail for multiple reasons. Before contacting our support via e-mail please attempt the following steps;
- Check your spam or junk mail folders. Yahoo users should check their bulk mail folder. Look for an e-mail
with the subject line "Louhammond.com Online Registration" in the spam folders.
- E-mail providers will also at times completely stop spam from even going to any folder within
your inbox. Please ensure the domain "louhammond.com" is allowed to send e-mail to your provider.
For AOL users;- Sign onto AOL with your master screenname. Go to keyword MAIL CONTROLS.
- In Mail Controls, go to People and Places.
- Choose the setting Allow email from all AOL members, and from the listed domains and email addresses. Block email from all others.
- Type louhammond.com in the box provided and click Add.
For Outlook users;- In the menu bar at the top select the following item; "Actions" -> "Junk E-mail" -> "Junk E-mail Options".
- A screen will open containing junk mail options, select the "Safe Senders" tab at the top of this screen.
- Hit the add button and enter in the field "louhammond.com" without quotes.
- Hit Apply then Ok to close the screen.
- Once louhammond.com is allowed to send your provider e-mail please run through the registration
page once more. Your e-mail will be detected as already within our database and you will be
given the option to resend the e-mail verification link.
