Some users may have issues receiving their e-mail for multiple reasons. Before contacting our support via e-mail please attempt the following steps;

  1. Check your spam or junk mail folders. Yahoo users should check their bulk mail folder. Look for an e-mail with the subject line "Louhammond.com Online Registration" in the spam folders.
  2. E-mail providers will also at times completely stop spam from even going to any folder within your inbox. Please ensure the domain "louhammond.com" is allowed to send e-mail to your provider.

    For AOL users;
    1. Sign onto AOL with your master screenname. Go to keyword MAIL CONTROLS.
    2. In Mail Controls, go to People and Places.
    3. Choose the setting Allow email from all AOL members, and from the listed domains and email addresses. Block email from all others.
    4. Type louhammond.com in the box provided and click Add.

    For Outlook users;
    1. In the menu bar at the top select the following item; "Actions" -> "Junk E-mail" -> "Junk E-mail Options".
    2. A screen will open containing junk mail options, select the "Safe Senders" tab at the top of this screen.
    3. Hit the add button and enter in the field "louhammond.com" without quotes.
    4. Hit Apply then Ok to close the screen.

  3. Once louhammond.com is allowed to send your provider e-mail please run through the registration page once more. Your e-mail will be detected as already within our database and you will be given the option to resend the e-mail verification link.
